Audio Research VT-200

The VT-200 was the flagship of the Audio Research line back in the late 90's, one of the last great tube amps. Audio Research followed this model with the VTM line, which was a bit more clinical (less tuby) sounding. Tons of power for any speaker setup. I've owned this amp for 8 years and it performs great with factory matched Svetlana 6550c output tubes and NOS Philips JAN (US made) input tubes. The unit has the optional Titanium face and I have the factory box should it need to be shipped. If you're local, happy to demo it, it sounds devine. I'd rate the unit 9/10 with no defects but put it down as a 8/10 in order to avoid any disappointment. There are a few rubber marks on the top from the VT100 that was on top of it, but other then that I don't see any scratches or marks.
