CTS stands for: Copper, Tungsten & Silver.
You get the warm and nice lower range flavor from the Copper, the upper range details and speed of the Silver, and the Tungsten, at least to me, brings a better control overall, especially in the lower mid part, and it does make the bridge between the Silver and Copper properties.

Here is some more technical information as taken from the Soundstage Ultra Review, available below:
‘’The top-of-the-line Copper-Tungsten-Silver interconnects contains three separate, actively shielded AirStrings, each of which has a single conductor. One of these conductors is of 99.9999% pure silver; the other two are of 99.9999% copper and 99.99% tungsten. All are actively shielded with parallel Tricon geometries.’’
‘’Like all the Element cables, the C-T-S is not easy to build. Each requires 136 point-to-point hand-soldered connections.’’

Tuning Bullets:
These cables, like many other SR Series, come with two different Tuning Bullets, each of which contains a different Tuning circuit. By changing the Bullets, you can easily tune the cable, or replace the LED if it burns out. With this pair of cable, you get the Black Tuning Bullet, which brings a warmer low-end, and the Silver Tuning Bullet which offers excellent high-end extension. And you can obviously choose to drive these without the Tuning Bullets.
