Peachtree Audio Music Box System 2

This system has lovely, rich sound, with tight, satisfying base and a tube-generated sound that really shines on certain guitar solos.  But it also sounds great for most music.  

It has an internal DAC and comes with 2 speakers designed for this system.  Also included are the following speaker cables (Transparent TW8 The Wave 8ft)(v$200) and power cable (Shunyata Venom 13/15A)(v$99).      

As this system is now vintage (purchased in 2010, and no longer made), there are a few limitations you should know about.  It was designed to dock an iPod, iPod Nano, iPod Shuffle, etc. but also built with future-proofing in mind, with its USB, optical, Aux, and RCA inputs.  I wasn't able to get my Android or iPhone to connect (you might?), but was happily able to connect my PC desktop and Lenovo laptop.     

So, this system might be great for you, IF:  a) you want to upgrade your desktop or laptop sound for playing digital music files; or, b) you have an old iPod, iPod Nano, or iPod Shuffle that you want to rediscover and plug directly into the unit; or, c) you have some other need for a great DAC with great speakers and cables.
