I am the original owner of one of the best cost no object solid state phono preamplifiers ever built. The Boulder 2008, a phono preamplifier with separate power supply, continues to provide me with amazingly clean and transparent phono pre-amplification. If you are not familiar with the Boulder, please take a look at the original review by Michael Fremer of Stereophile.
My Boulder 2008 was purchased new at Sound by Singer in New York City in 2004. The units are in excellent condition having resided on my Harmonic Resolution Systems audio rack since purchase. It is hard to imagine that there is a Boulder 2008 in better condition. I also have the original boxes, manuals and additional materials.
