This is a complete set of NAIM components - from the 282 preamp and the 250 amplifier.  The 282 comes with the DR cap.  The volume knob has to be turned up just a tad past off to get both speakers signal to fire.  At almost off on volume sound only halfway comes out.  All packaging and boxes, along with remote are included.
