Luxman C-1000f

I have thoroughly enjoyed using this reference preamplifier in my main system. I recently upgraded to the Esoteric C1X which is very similar sonically to the C-1000f. I purchased this preamp from On A Higher Note who was the former distributor for Luxman. What I enjoy so much about Luxman is that there is musicality and detail all weaved in together. The sound is neutral with warmth and dynamics. I consider this preamp very honest to the original recording. The better the system will yield superior results. I recommend great cables and power cords to get the most out of the C-1000f. Plus the workmanship and build quality is first rate!

In addition, I am sell my Luxman B-1000f monos. If you would like to buy them in a package, please let me know. The Luxman B-1000f monos sold for $60k retail. I have all of the original packaging. I would like $25,000 for the pair.

I have the original packaging and owners manual(written in Japanese unfortunately). The remote work great, but has a blemish which is in the photos. There are also 2 small dings on the right rear corner of the preamp that I took a close up picture of. I had to really look to find it. Please no low ball offers and serious inquiries only. This Luxman C-1000f is very rare and hard to find!
