Listed here is a lightly used Ortofon SL15E MkII Low Output Moving Coil Cartridge from the 1970's. Stylus profile is Elliptical. This cartridge has been in my collection of phono cartridges since the late 1970's. Before that, this cartridge was in my dads collection from new until he gave it to me to mount on my first turntable as a young teen. It sounds fantastic and has maybe a few hundred hours of play time on it. After my college years, the cart was mounted to a headshell and has been stored away in a headshell case for 30+ years. The last time it was played was about 8 years ago and it still functioned and sounded beautiful!
RATING 6 for age.
NOTE: One of the plastic "alignment pins" molded into the flip down/up stylus guard broke off long ago, but the remaining alignment pins still hold the guard properly in the up or down position regardless.
Shipping cost is $10 and Cartridge will be shipped within two business days via USPS First Class Mail. Cartridge will be mounted/screwed down inside a small covered plastic box and packed extremely well for safe delivery.
