Marantz TT-15S1

This legendary Marantz TT-15S1 (made by ClearAudio) turntable has been upgraded sonically and visually with ClearAudio's Clarify friction-free tonearm and their Virtuoso V2 Ebony cartridge.  I didn't like the rustic look or the resonant sound of the original aluminum arm, so I purchased the Clarify and listened to my noise floor disappear.  No unwanted resonance from the arm, and almost silent acoustics between tracks on records.  And going from the black arm to the beautiful silver carbon arm really makes the TT stand out elegantly.  Here is what it cost me to assemble this combination new (all are currently available)...

I played maybe 250 LP's through the table (and the first 200 +/- with the original arm and cartridge), and it played sweet and smooth, with fine detail and no extraneous room or record noise.  So it is in pristine condition as the photos show.  But I am moving to Costa Rica and equipment like this (plus my Yamaha amp and Revel speakers, now for sale here on Audiogon too) will not survive the tropics.

I have the original box and packaging, manual, and extras like record clamps, tools, etc.  I will double-box the shipment.
