Schiit Audio Yggdrasil Analog 2

I am the 2nd owner. The first owner bought this new in October 2017 prior to Schiit coming out with their newer, less expensive versions, the "Less is More" and the "More is Less" (Let's not forget about the GS - garage sale version - SMH).

This is a very clean unit. Nothing is broken, no discernable blemishes. It is the Analog 2 version and the prettier, silver model. I'm only rating it as an 8 to make sure you aren't disappointed.

According to the original owner and the attached image, the Unison USB upgrade was done in March 2020 by Schiit so this is what is now called the "OG".

So far I have owned 4 different stand alone DACs, the Blue Sound Node 2i, the iFi Neo, the Denafrips Venus2 and now this. The sound that comes out of this is the most beautiful and resolving of them all. If you are looking at this, you may already know that. So far this is the sch.... Ok, I'm not going to say that. But it's the best DAC I have owned.

I am the 2nd owner and the only reason I am selling it is because I have become a little obsessed with this new audio journey and am looking for more. I'm not sure which direction I will go but I do know I will need to sell this before I can go to the next one.

$1,825 is very fair and less than what I paid so I am firm. Audiogon standard payments and shipping are extra. You can choose the amount you want to spend on each of those. Shipping can range from $65 to $200 depending on speed, insurance or signature. PayPal and the other methods add 4%. Choose PayPal "Friends & Family" and standard UPS and there will only be $65 add'l to the listed price.
