Pro-Ject’s entry-level turntable is anything but. It still uses an isolated, belt-driven platter for low noise, a stainless steel bearing running in a bronze bushing with a Teflon base, and a low-mass metal tonearm fitted with a quality Ortofon OM 5E cartridge. Add an integrated phono stage output, full RIAA equalization, AND a USB output, thanks to an on-board A to D converter and you have a real value!
The Elemental comes ready to play right out of the box. The counterweight is preset and you simply plug it in and grab some vinyl. You can hook it up to any stereo input on your preamp or receiver (no need for phono input) or directly to your computer using USB.
