This preamp has all the upgraded VTA offers including Khozmo premium pair of mono 48 step mono attenuators and the Khozmo premium stereo 48 step volume control. The tubes have been upgraded to a russian 6SN7 from Upscale audio. Output caps have been upgraded to Mundord supreme silver/oil. This preamp has two sets of outputs and the other output has Russian caps. The power cord has been upgraded as well. Very quiet and I used this with a set of cary 805's, line magnetic 518i and a dynaco st-70 that was on roids. This preamp does not disappoint and I will be in tears when it is gone. I am getting down to just one system and the space I have doesn't justify having this. Great dynamics and soundstage.
The bad- I don't like LEDS in my system and want to see the tubes glow, not led's. Anywho the led to show if the power is on is missing. Also I did not hook up the tape option, only the source is hooked up to the switch.
