Hello, this is the result of many year of passion and changes. I have reached indeed the realization of a whole excellent components, that work well whole and damage great satisfactions in the listening.

Interconnect cable are Straight Wire Crescendo XLR from ampli to the preamp, Straight Wire Maestro II from Audiomeca Romance to the preamp, cables in silver drawn by hand from DA converter to preamp and ART from cd player to PS Audio DA converter. Straight Wire Serenade be-wiring from Ayre V1-X to Clements (or Avalon). I have listened to more expensive systems and a lot of systems endowed with great performance, but when I turn on my system I always try some intense feelings.

Components Toggle details

    well and simple to use. It play sweet and precise with his Cleraudio Delta Cartridges
    • AMC CD-6
    not a professional machine but it sound good if work with a good da converter
    • PS Audio UltraLink 2
    very fine and musically
    • Ayre Acoustics K-3
    real fine and very clear if work with a great ampli system. I've used it with my old Goldmund Mimesis 9 but it can work better if it work with another Ayre product.
    • Ayre Acoustics V-1x
    strength and musicality for untiring listening, delicate and precise in the detail. Ample the sonorous scene and the sonorous front. a good purchase and a valid substitute for the Goldmund.
    • Clements Audio Reference RT-7
    my first love, I've listened to many speakers in my system but nobody beats the clementses for quality and price. the naturalness of the ribbon and the presence of the woofer make this component unique in its kind and above component more expensive. In last time I've buyed another pair of speakers. A pair of Avalon Monitor. My old dream like Clements.

    good, but any piece is optional
    • Avalon Acoustics Monitor
    sometimes i use this spectacular speakers. Another great buy in my hi-fi system. I usually change my Clements RT7 Reference with Avalon and I can listen two different music worlds. It's difficult estimate which is better then the other speakers system and maybe the problem haven't a solution.
    • Clearaudio Delta S
    hold cartridge for a grat sound.

thanks, maybe in next time I will have a new listening room (4,5 x 4,5 mq) and maybe Clements could express better their musicality. In the last three month I've changed my cd player with a PS Audio Lambda Transport.
Combined with his D/A Converter it transmits sound in a great manner.

your speakers are truly classic. the clements are still the benchmark for a 'hybrid' design, and i've often wondered why theywere not more widespread. same with your avalons. the newer avalon studios are no match for yours. happy listening.

Nice gear and system, I still have a AMC cd6 and it is not bad as a transport. You have some nice stuff and a beautiful dog.
