Description

Amp is sitting on the packing board because the glass is cracked.  I'll have it repaired soon at our local McIntosh shop.  My room is a challenge, so I'll be working on that for a while.

Actually, I think that our systems are pretty close  - it is just a matter of flavor, not quality.

I'm kind of new to horns, and have been enjoying them immensely. Sounds like you have had them for a long time. It is a joy to listen to them get all excited by what they are playing. Most of my other speakers insisted on being dignified. The horns just don't care...

@dtorc thanks! It’s quite humble compared to yours. Wow. I’m intrigued with Volti and plan to get a listen to them at an upcoming show. As for my Heresy pair (1980), I'll put them with a vintage setup, including my Marantz 19 and a Denon DR-M30HX (and a Bluesound Nano). I just got the B&Ws and am still enjoying them!

It looks good! Do you let the Klipsch sneak out from time to time when you want more dynamic, extraverted sound?
