UPDATE: I've completed construction of my new listening room. 24'x17'x8.5'. Waiting on my acoustic panels to arrive, but it's a huge improvement over my previous room. The Cornwalls can breath in this space, and the sound is just massive. I also upgraded my turntable from the Fluance RT-85 to a Music Hall MMF 11.3. An amazing piece of equipment. Vinyl as it should be.

I've got a really small listening room to work with, but suprisingly, the Cornwall IV's work very well in this space. I started with the Rogue Audio Cronus Dark integrated tube amp, along with the turntable and streamer, but wanted to see what solid state would sound like, so I started searching for options, and found this barely used set of Marantz KI-Ruby components (integrated amp and SACD/DAC) and had heard great things about this limited edition release, so I pulled the trigger on them, and have zero regrets. The sound quality is amazing. I still like and use the tube amp, but If I had to choose one over the other, I'd keep the Marantz Ruby.
I'm a tubes/horns person, at least of late. I've never run horns with solid state, at least not for very long. Do you have a preference of one amp over the other, or are they simply different flavors, and you like both?
