Low-frequency support is handled by dual SVS SB-1000 Pro subwoofers, carefully integrated to extend the system’s foundation without overshadowing the Harbeth midrange.

The room itself is warmly treated, with a large area rug over wood floors and substantial leather furniture, helping to control reflections while giving the space an inviting, lived-in character.

The sonic goal for this system is to blend the DMP-A6’s clarity, detail, and low noise floor with the signature warmth and musicality of the McIntosh house sound, while showcasing the rich, textured midrange and refined highs the Harbeth 7ES-3 are celebrated for.
