I'm with Chelillingworth. Ditch those Transparents. I used to be a big fan of Transparent until I did some head to head comparisons in my own system with other cables. They are great if utilized as tone controls, but they are not neutral. Aragon makes fantastic stuff. If you decide to add an analog front end, I highly recommend the Aragon 47k phono pre. With the IPS power supply, it's a real giant killer.
You should really try some different cables... those transparent waves are really slowing you down. Even single runs of Plenum rated cat 5 will be a huge improvement for 10 cents a foot.
Looks like a great start. I also like aragon and I owned the 8008bb It is a sweet amp a little dark but really powerful with nice bass. I also say that your upgrade path is very well thought out I go for the arcam If I were you I am sure it would sound great with aragon.
