Description

only things purchased new were the CD player and the speakers. I'm always looking to upgrade (especially when the price is right). All advice is appreciated.

Just my opinion: Your Klipsch really need to be powered by
a tube amp for best performance. Just go to the Klipsch speaker forum , they'll give you an earful on that subject. As far as upgrades do cheaply for now try going to audioquest from the monster cables, the coral are $65 or even try a straight wire chorus, always a good stand by. If you keep your Dennon Amp look into Energy Speakers or even their sister product Athena Tech, they are even available at Best Buy now. Last but not least, try a NAD single disc the inexpensive C-521 is highly regarded. I know I've practically listed a whole new system for you but I'm sure you'd be very impressed with the difference. P.S. Solid heavy stands are always a good bet for your bookshelf speakers.
