I think you made a good choice with the musical fidelity for the Sonus Farber. The pristine clean amp will ad a lot of clarity and detail.

How do you like the Shure? I thought of buying one, using a Linn K9 on my Linn LP 12/old power supply and bearing and Linn Basik. Have you tried the Grados or others in the same price rang? I am refurbishing old vintage stuff and buying to upgrade simply.
