I think you'd be better off with the A308 integrated and Nautilus 804s. I have the 3.2 cd player, the A308 integrated, and Nautilus 804s (plus Music Hall MMF 7 turntable). This system sounds fabulous. Will save money over separates with this integrated, that sounds a lot better than many separates I auditioned.

Gnm,
You could save your money and just get the 308 integrated from Musical Fidelity which I thought beat the M250 hands down with the same power rating, and includes a phono stage. Doing this you can then get for the same money the Nautilus series 804's from B&W which is an even larger step up from the CDM9nt: Or even the new 805 signature series and add a sub when you move into a bigger room, but you will trade ultimate dynamic ability over the CDM9nt or the 804’s. I haven’t heard MF's new CD player except for the nuvista and their lower end DAC (I was not impressed). The marantz SA-14 is pretty impressive for about the same amount of money, and includes SACD. Add Cardas, MIT, or Transparent cabling and your set.
