Description

This is a complete list of components for my home theater system. Mcintosh system in its ownright sound superb, but I am always looking to improve. The Mcintosh Mx134 is outdated due to having no HDMI's. I was thinking of replacing it with the Integra 80.1 DHC but am unsure if I would still get the great sound that my Mcintosh delivers. Has anyone had any experience with the new Integra 80.1 DHC?

I have been playing with wires lately, as well as demoing some amps. My 20/20s are really nice to kick-back with.

Have you tried your 20/20s farther off the back wall as seen in your photo? Also, play with the toe. Alot is not always the best...I think [even I still play with it].

Hello.
Can you tell me what you think with the B&K reference and the Mcintosh 206?
I am thinking about a B&K reference 50 and the Mcintosh 206. I have (well will have shortly) B&W 803's.

System edited: I have upgraded my DVD player from the Toshiba SD 9100 to The all new Mcintosh MVP 851 and Oh what a difference this has made in video quality and sound when watching home theater definately worth the $3500 invested.

With the legacies you will lose some of the speed and transparnecy you are getting with the logans. You may get more volume and dynamics with the legacies, it depends what your looking for from your system. I know a lot of people love martin logans for HT because of there speed and transparency(strong points for any electrostat/planer). I find its hard to go to box speakers after you've enjoyed boxless speakers, but that's just me.
