A2 Cd player - good it has output in A cl. A220 - very hot burned out everything - has to change capacitors - put 4400mf instead of 30000 originally. Also changed output transistors - burned out as well.... The system soudns better with Panasonic capacitors.... A220 drives 2 6.5 Scan Speak drivers and Esotar tweeter in MTM config. The speakers are home made and by far the best part of the system. I am sorry not buying Electrocompaniet integrated.....It is by far the best sound I have heard (including couple of tubed amps....) Kimber 4TC and Hero are OK. Added JPl labs silver coated speaker line to tweeter and it helped - but Kimber is better. The system is very musical but underpowered.
