I believe that the CSLS can never, and will never, be significantly improved on in the future, no matter what the price or the technology used. I realize that these are unusually strong words, but I believe I can, and will, back them up. Enough said.

Hi! I came across your recent post on ditching your $50k DAC and thought I'd reach out to you since I'm right now trying to decide on a major system upgrade. I'm a Bangalore boy too btw :-) ! To celebrate my soon approaching 50th year milestone I've been thinking of buying a nice set of speakers/amps/streamer. I really liked a pair of Audio Note speakers I heard recently and am trying to audition Devores (the O93 and O96) before deciding on one of them. Since you have an O96 I thought I'd get your views if you had a chance to compare them to any Audio Note setup you may have heard? Also I noticed you run your O96 with an Accuphase amp which I found interest but you also mentioned Shindo, so was curious to hear your views on which amps you think best suit the O96? I'm also trying to decide if it's worth investing in a stand alone DAC (I can buy a used Audionote DAC 3.1x Balance now for about $5k) or if I should just use a streamer/DAC like a Lumin D3 or T3X instead? Appreciate any advise you have as all of this is a serious investment for me and I don't want to get it wrong. Thanks!a
