Recent upgrade to the Joule VZN-80 emerald and this hs really helped the Merlin TSM's shine. Bobby has really hit the perfect combination of detail and warmth with the MX upgrades.
I'm afraid to say it but I'm almost done. I'm at a point now where I'm very happy with the sound, but for me the tweaking is half the fun.
Jrd351, Thanks, I think I found a dealer where I can audition both type of amps. Sounds like to get the next step I may have to get off my computer and actually go retail.
