I created a very musical system based around my beloved Martin Logan CLS 1a (purchased here on Audiogon several years ago). The match between the speakers and VAC amplifier is perfect.

I added 2 Martin Logan subwoofers connected to the amplifier - I do not run speakers through subwoofers' crossovers to keep the sound pure”. Separate subwoofers allow better sound control in my slightly asymmetrical setup.

Great sounding APL Denon 3910 is my CD-player. Maybe in the future if finances allow I will purchase a newer version from Alex Peychev.

I am very happy with my system and do not intend any drastic upgrades.
