I will try and post some new photos. I haven’t done much other than replace the main driver. I have swapped interconnects a few times. I have also bi amped the sub. These are fairly old duo’s so the sub is not spectacular. That is why I run the JL audios on a crown studio amp.

Agree on he amps. It was what I could do at the time. Luckily the boxes were two layers of 3/4 inch MDF.

Cool setup, but you need to remove the amps from the subs, as you will decrease you tube life or if you have to have them there, get spikes an thick piece of granite to put on top of the sub and then place amps on top, and spike the bottom of the subs through the carpet which will tighten up the bass

More pictures please! I'm interested to know what you have done to mod your Avantgardes. It looks like you have detached the horns from the sub module?
