Significant upgrades to my "Lake Tunes" systems from 7 years ago. This system has been in place for a little over 2 years now. Enjoying every minute of it although the 802's are a bit overpowering for my smaller listening room. A great (and someday) upgrade would be the B&W 803D3's!
My room is 11.5 x 11.5 x 11.5. I've been told that only monitors will work in such a small listening room. How are the 802's in your size room? You say that they are a bit overpowering . . . have you tried room treatments?
