    • Audiopax Model 5 SE
    Solid state special edition preamplifier
    • Durand Talea II
    Unipivot tonearm
    • Ortofon A-90
    MC Cartridge
    • Ortofon Black Credenza
The Cadenza Black model is using a Nude Shibata stylus with a boron cantilever. The effective mass of the stylus/cantilever system is extremely low due to the use of a very thin boron rod. This material is extremely stiff and even more lightweight than aluminium.

It also uses the WRD (Wide Range Damping-system applied for MC Windfeld, MC A90, MC Anna, Xpression), controlling the high and low frequency damping separately. The coil wire is the famous Ortofon Aucurum wire, which is a gold plated 6NX copper wire.
    • Evolution Acoustics DRSC
Double Run Speaker Cable - 192 individually teflon coated solid core pure copper conductors.
    • Whest PS.30RDT SE

Hello Vicks,
You have a system that I`m sure provides 'ultra' resolution and can reveal the most subtle information and detail(but not analytical I`ll assume). Your intial impressions of the Ocellia cable is what I experienced.

The ASI Liveline is a top notch product and out performed many highly regarded cables(most of them were more expensive). The unique quality of the Ocellia is that it`s even more resolved yet at the same time more organic/natural. Some how it`s able to be very dynamic and energetic yet remain fluid with a superb sense of ease and musical flow. Tonality is true and just plain right.

I`m certain this excellent cable is a wonderful addition to your system. You must listen to your music often and very happily.

Hi,
I`ve heard the Evolution speakers at CES 2010 and this year at RMAF, yes show conditions but they did sound very well. I find the Audiopax approach to higher power with a true SET amplifier very clever. This combination must be so pure and natural-realistic. Congratulations on a well thought out system.

Vicks7,
What do the Evolution speakers improve beyond the ASI Tangos? The new Audiopax seems to be a beast.
Best Regards,
Charles

Vicks7,
You have a very fine system, I`m deep into jazz myself and with your system it must sound devine.
