Looks good. I would get VERY GOOD power conditioner. I like TICE [the most dramatic upgrade I have ever made for both audio and video - Monster 3500 and up "hinted" at the value and Tice really showed it off {value of good power)(I have IIIC but Solo A/V is very inexpensive and quite impressive for HT as it made TV look new), but George retired so may be hard to find. I agree you can use B&K 202 instead of seperates without great loss (I own both - would sell 202 if someone wanted it). B&K benefits from good power cable (the new PS AUDIO are nice and reasonable- could use PLUS for amp, and Prelude for source pretty cheap). PS wall outlet is great $50 upgrade.

I have a bias against Monster despite what I read EXCEPT s-video is good but overpriced.

Have not heard speakers and I am also unclear - do you want to upgrade this sysem with some inexpensive upgrades or move to less complex (although this isn't).

Good luck.
