Monitor speakers system

These speakers are really small but heavy. The sound is just amazing with excellent mid and low frequency response for a bookshelf speaker. It is a very balanced speaker. I have used high power Solid State amps like Bryston and krell and it just doesn't sound as good as a good tube amp. Started with Mac MC240 and ended up with Lafayette KT-550. I have yet to find a better sounding high power amp to match the this pair of speaker. I have also heard the Mark Levison on ATC speakers as well. Again, the SS amps seems to hard sounding and it doesn't give you that smootheness transition sound like the tube amp.

After playing around with over hundreds of different cables, I then decided to make my own which works out just great.

The commercial cables like Stealth Audio and NBS were my best experience.

As far as power cord goes, the DIY cables can be really great.
