Currently I have Shuguang Black Bottles but in the near future I'll probably purchase a pair of EML tubes.

Some authors says that shiny version works cooler which can be a major issue who uses boutique tubes. Do you think this comment is a real thing?

Dear Charles, have you (or other people in this thread) had a chance to directly compare the two versions of Frankenstein's? In terms of sound quality, Internet comments favors the newer version by a small margin. New one is cooler (any shiny) old one has a 4dB gain advantage. Any more differences?

Charles, My Frankenstein is the previous version so mine doesn't have a selectable ground connection for the mains. Does the new version have that? And I wonder how do you connect all these devices to mains, any ground cheaters etc? Or Troy has a solution for mains ground loops?

Good advice but I haven't managed to receive a two sentence reply from him so far. He doesn't like to use more words than needed. Always received an answer though and that is a hard to find quality in todays manufacturers.

My Super Eclipses don't have ground posts but I can add one if I understand where to connect it. I'm considering to add a post to the small plate which has speaker connectors on it. That's the easy part, I'm not sure where should it be connected inside the cabin. Maybe magnets of the woofers?

Since grounding issue is a hot topic nowadays I want to ask you about the usage of the grounding wire on the Ocellia speaker cables. Are you using them? If yes how? I'm not sure where to connect it on the speaker side.

I'm searching an interconnect between my pre and power amplifier. Currently my options are ASI Liveline and Cardas Clear. I know you were using ASI liveline with joy on your Coincident system so I want you to ask if you have ever compared it to Cardas Clear in your system? Any opinions with Cardas' ?
