This system has been moved from a small apartment to a dedicated listening room in a house and now to the living room doing home theater double-duty. I was reluctant to get rid of the listening room. But, we "needed" another guest bedroom. Not too much has changed along the way. The only big change has been the source. I sold my Simaudio CD-1 and am now strictly using the Sonos into the DL3. I have all of my music stored in FLAC on a 2Tb Western Digital NAS. I would say that the sound coming from the Sonos is comparable to the Simaudio CD player. Although, I was never actually able to do an A/B test with both. I really do like the convenience of having all of my music at my fingertips. I am fairly satisfied at the moment. Although, I do want to upgrade power cords eventually. I'm just not ready to drop big bucks on name-brand power cords. I may also consider the PS Audio PWD at some point. Suggestions and Comments are welcome.
