I have been very pleased with the Audio Sensibility cables. I compared the Signature Silver XLR cable I use between my preamp and amp to 7 other cables over the course of 45 days and felt it was the best fit in my system and for my listening preferences. It is detailed without being bright or irritating; has great frequency extension at the top and bottom; is dynamic with a quiet background. 

I didn't compare the phono cable to any others, but am pleased with it as well. 

The Audio Sensibility cables are flexible and very well built. Steve Huang is also great to deal with. I believe he is now building cables based on the Schroeder Method which you might want to inquire about.

I am very pleased with my Zesto equipment. The sound is very detailed and dynamic with a large, well defined, 3 dimensional soundstage, but never becomes fatiguing at all. Tone colors are very dense and realistic. Both the phono stage and the preamp have responded well to upgraded power cords, high end fuses and tube rolling. 

I had been an Audio Research user for 25 years and find the Zesto equipment to be more enjoyable and reliable.
