All I can say is I'm extremely happy with the Video and Audio performance. There is not much area left to upgrade, perhaps a new technology video projector.
Having super sound and video, plus motion for movies makes this room a place in heaven for me.
After upgrading from Wilson MaxxII's to Gryphon Poseidon speaker systems, overall sound quality has reached another level. The imaging, soundstage, detail, bass and everything else is beyond belief. I highly recommend Gryphon speakers.
IMO, the best transport available today. Superb built quality, great design and killer sound. Very very analog sound, musical yet very detailed and correct

Thank you. As expected it sounds just great. It's very fast and detailed. Due to the big Boulder amps and big Gryphon speakers, authority and power is very well controlled with any kind of music. I also think Metronome transport also delivers very nice sound, very analog and detailed at the same time. It looks like I'm done for a long time. I just need to tweak it further with some details, like different cable combinations, play with acoustical treatments and try different platform alternatives.
hi,all i can say you have a wonderful system, you are very lucky to afford this kind of system can you tell me hows the sound of your system. good luck & happy listening. RoN.
Your system reads like a dream come true, will be looking forward to your posted pictures and description of gear and overall experience. Happy listening for sure.
Oh and the reason I didn't go with the Metronome DAC was Boulder has a superior processing power and I've thought it would give a better synergy with the rest of the system. I haven't had a chance to try the Metronome DAC but I'm just very happy with the Boulder DAC
Thank you. Kalista sounds just as I described in the system component describtions. Just awesome, very analog like. Before Kalista I used have the EMM stack but this is one at another level (pricewise too) It doesn't have the metallic sound of the EMM but still delivers with accuracy and great detail.
As for the pics, I'm still trying to finish a few things in the room and hope to take some photos ina few days.
Sounds like a fascinating system, extremely ambitious. How does the Kalista sound and curious why you didn't go with the metronome dac, I assumed you listened t it as well? Any chance of some pictures. Enjoy and thanks for posting
