Hi Fernando,
BMC and Tripoint are completely unrestricted, and natural. You already know this. Nothing else to say. Regarding the new Stereophile Michael Fremer review of the BMC MCCI phono stage. Michael's conclusion of the BMC phono of saying that the BMC skimps somewhat on instrumental textures, timbres, bass and that it doesn't exhibit the stability, control of the Ypsilon VPS-100, Boulder 2008 and other top phono stages. This is not the case at all. This is nothing but a artificial false stability that these other circuit designs are imposing over the signal. With Tripoint as the foundation these weaknesses are exposed but most important is the fact that the music sounds constricted and editorial. These more complex circuits are trying to compensate for a lousy foundation.
