I saw Albert at THE Show in Cali. I asked about you and he mentioned you were changing speakers...WOW -I thought- your system sounded dynamite to me when I had the pleasure!
Let us know how the sound develops...btw, PBN is about 1/2 hour away from me. I haven't been by there, though.
We'll be listening until late, hope you make it. I think the Stillpoints stand will be in the photo studio rather than in the system when you arrive. We had it in the system last week and will put in again soon.
It was great seeing you Albert, and that was a terrific evening! Although I'm not sure if you're really here for the get togethers anymore or just to see Romeo! :)
I'm going to try and catch up to you Tuesday after work...
WOW! Just checked it out and the line is already around the corner in Point Loma, at 11:30AM! Okay, I'm sold. Phil's is on the agenda when I come see you.
Albert, you are welcomke anytime, just let me know when you have some availability to travel to the wild West!
Sam, great to hear from you! Hope things are well. Will you be headed out our way anytime soon? Maybe I'll have to come and see all my friends on the left coast... :)
Thank you Skushino! One of our big goals was to address acoustics of course, but also deliver a relaxing environment visually and aesthetically. Jeff Hedback of HdAcoustics really got this and that alignment was key to our project.
I also appreciate your modesty, but your room looks just fine to me! :)
My comment is redundant - simply wonderful room! Too many listening rooms (unfortunately sometimes including mine) look like hobby rooms or random collections of gear. Aesthetics plays a role in our enjoyment of art. Thanks for the inspiration.
Beautiful room. This looks like it could be a pictorial from Architectural Digest. I will use this as the example with my wife to prove an audio room can be a showcase for good taste as well. Nice colors, textures, lighting, fixtures, etc.
