Country Joe McDonald Paradise with an Ocean View - MFSL Original Master Recording - New/Sealed from 1981

Condition - New/ Sealed - outer shrink wrap is a bit rough (see pics)..still almost completely sealed (see shrink wrap description below)  
Vinyl - assumed mint - still sealed
Cover - gatefold jacket - dinged in upper right hand corner (see pics). No other dings or tears in cover that I can see through shrink wrap
Shrink wrap - one small tear on the top about 1/2" long, otherwise sealed with several round hole punches to let lp breath, which is how MFSL sold these.   (see pics)
