Offering one LP70 from its original owner that has been well maintained in a smoke free and pet free home. The LP70 may be a hair warmer, with comparable bass, and a slightly wider soundstage compared to the Classic 62SE. It will take 6550 or KT88s and both sets of tubes are included. The sound is richer with the KT88s.
Includes: Matched quad of Tungsol 6550, plus 2 extra Tungsol 6550s. Match quad of JJ KT88 Blue Glass (maybe 50 hours). 3 EH 6922s. Biasing tool. New CJ power cord.
I would rate the amp as 9 except for some minor scuffs on top of transformer housing that can only be seen with a flashlight.
This is a great CJ amp that is capable of driving most speakers.
