PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The exD DDC Converter is a digital converter with USB input and single/dual BNC SPDIF outputs. Although optimized for use with selected Chord Electronics DACs (for the maximum 768kHz) this converter can be used with other DACs with suitable inputs, subject to their decoding capability.

- Dual-coax S/PDIF bridge supports 705.6/768kHz PCM and DoP DSD 256
- Single-coax S/PDIF bridge supports 352.8/384kHz PCM and DoP DSD 128
- Low-phase noise oscillators
- Integrated LPS (linear power supply) throughout the whole design eliminates the EMI noises from conventional SMPS (switch-mode power supply)
- Low-noise regulators
- Impedance-controlled PCB design further reduces noise and ensures proper impedance matching
- USB 2.0 class-compliant for compatibility with Windows 10(WASAPI), macOS(Core Audio) or Linux(ALSA)
- Sturdy aluminum case construction provides great vibration isolation and screening from environmental EMI/RFI
