Network components are also specifically chosen and matched more closely to suit the electrical characteristics of the cable and its length, and the network itself is calibrated more precisely to the electrical output characteristics of your source components and preamplifier. This extra level of precision adds considerable time to the painstaking OSE manufacturing process, but the results in your system are worth it. From feeling and hearing the full power of the orchestra to every nuance of tonal shading and harmonic resolution within the performance space, MAGNUM OPUS is the vehicle to help transport you to another musical place and time. The newest series is series 6 can be upgraded to but the differences are said to be very small and I was told: The only differences between gen5 and gen6 is the parts in the networks. The cable and terminations are identical. If an original owner sends back to transparent for change to gen6, they only change parts in the network.
