This amplifier is considered brand new and you will receive full warranty with the purchase.  The Ayre Acoustics VX-8 stereo power amplifier represents Thirty years of research, development, refinement and passion in one beautiful chassis. There is a small black mark, I assume got there from removing it from a HRS rack.  The rest of the amplifier looks perfect after I cleaned any finger prints from it from handling it.
