Equipped with Acoustic Energy's bespoke 25mm soft dome tweeter, designed in perfect synergy with the 100 Series bass driver, the AE107² offers seamless integration and tonal matching. The Wide Dispersion Technology waveguide and high-power neodymium motor assembly guarantee distortion-free, high-volume playback and a cohesive crossover region between drive units.
The 100 Series features a 130mm bass/mid driver with a high power, long excursion motor, enabling satisfying volume levels and bass extension from compact enclosures. The doped paper cone ensures a smooth mid-range and seamless crossover with the tweeter, resulting in highly detailed, faithful, and musical sound reproduction.
Crafted with thin, 15mm high-density (HDF) enclosures and carefully tuned bracing, the 100 Series minimizes harmful resonances while providing structural integrity. The rear slot porting enhances bass extension without impacting the room significantly, allowing for easy placement.
