Woo Audio WA33 Elite Edition (1^st gen) headphone amplifier for sale. Was purchased brand new from Woo Audio in November 2022 (warranty expired on November 28, 2025).  From the close up pics, there are no scratches, blemishes, or dents as the amp has not moved one inch since it was originally purchased and placed on the audio rack. Unlike the 2^nd Gen WA33 Elite Edition, this amp has a preamp output so it would be an incredible value as a preamp for a high end 2 channel system.

Original owner. Original packaging included. The amp comes with the stock tubes which have less than 50 hours total use. The upgrade tubes are available separately.  All the tubes except the Sophia Electric were purchased directly from Woo Audio. The hours of use are estimates assuming 9 hours of listening a week for the time periods listed.

Quad Sophia Electric 300B 2.5V Mesh Plate Tubes for 2A3  - about 150 hours purchased Nov 2021 directly from Sophia Electric - 1 tube is slightly damaged internally from a drop on the floor (tube was in the box) but works with no issues (I can share pictures as needed)
