Natural and authentic sound.
Ansuz Darkz resonance control devices absorb vibrations that are not directly related to the signal path. The absorption results in an audible vibration feedback, which affects the sound quality. It is the natural and authentic sound that Ansuz Darkz devices are designed to preserve. There is no alteration of the authentic sound reproduction which, when using conventional grounding materials, often make the sound unnaturally cold and harsh.

Ansuz Darkz adjustable resonance control devices are a supplement to Ansuz Darkz resonance control and are used when the surface is uneven, for instance the floor. It is crucial that the audio devices are relieved with an even load on every Ansuz Darkz resonance control device.

C2T - Excellent vibration control

The resonance control of the Darkz C2T provides musicality, energy, and dynamics. Vibrations are absorbed but the sound quality remains natural and unaltered.

Surface treatment

Anodized.
In order to optimize the acoustical vibrational feedback the three discs have been treated with an extra hard anodization.

S2T - Relish an organic and natural sound

The Darkz S2T are made from stainless steel, which gives them a natural tone that creates a holistic soundstage. Musical details become much more audible.

Materials – Solid stainless steel

Each disc is CNC milled from solid stainless steel. This ensures a completely stable and uniform disc, which is essential when it comes to vibration and resonance control

Darkz d·tc

Ansuz Darkz resonance control and mechanical grounding. A significant upgrade from standard-mounted component feet. Darkz are available in 4 levels and 3 models for components, loudspeakers and cables. They are also available for fixed mounting under the speakers.

The material is a compound material consisting of several different metals. First the discs are chemically etched. Then they are placed in a chamber under high-vacuum conditions, where they are atomically cleaned in a plasma by argon ions. After this, the surface is bombarded and coated by energetic tantalum atoms in about three hours in a specialized plasma-based process at high temperature and low pressure. This is followed by a functionally graduated transition layer before the final diamond layer is applied in yet another three-hour coating process. Inside the ceramic balls are similar to the Darkz A.

T2 - Enjoy a truly holistic soundstage

The Darkz T2 are made from titanium, which has excellent material properties that allow a perfect resonance control. The entire musical reproduction is perceived as a live experience.

In order to deliver a product with a wonderful surface, each disc is glass blasted on all surfaces.

T2S - A truly impeccable sound

The Darkz T2 Supreme are made from titanium, which has excellent material properties that allow a perfect resonance control. Furthermore, the Darkz discs are following an elaborate process where the titanium is further refined with the exclusive Ansuz Supreme coating, which provides the music with a truly impeccable sound quality.

The Darkz discs are further acoustically optimized by applying the Ansuz Supreme coating on each disc. This coating is applied to the discs in Hi-PIMS (High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering) machine to create the finest and most uniform layer of Zirconium and tungsten followed by a layer consisting of aluminium titanium nitride.

Z2S - Outstanding musical refinement

The resonance control from using zirconium results in an outstanding musical refinement. The Darkz Z2 Signature is further acoustically optimized with the exclusive Ansuz Signature coating on each disc. Finally, the interalyer balls are in Tungsten, which is a premium material in terms of stability and resonance control. The result is an amazing natural soundstage, unrivalled in its purity, precision, and attention to musical details.

The surface is further acoustically optimized by applying the Ansuz Signature coating. This coating is applied to the surface in a Hi-PIMS (High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering) machine to create the finest and most uniform layer of Zirconium and tungsten followed by a layer consisting of aluminium titanium nitride. Finally, the discs are coated with a layer of zirconium.
