How low does the PB17-Ultra R|Evolution play?

What’s the difference between Standard, Extended, and Sealed tuning modes?

Standard mode uses all ports open for maximum output, Extended mode uses one port plugged (two open) for deeper extension, and Sealed mode plugs all ports for tighter transient response and higher upper-bass extension.

Can I control it from my phone?

Yes. The SVS Subwoofer Control app works with iOS, Android, and Amazon Fire devices and provides access to volume, filtering, phase, polarity, PEQ, room gain compensation, tuning modes, presets, and more.

Is Auto Room EQ included?

Auto Room Equalization is planned to arrive via an over-the-air app update (coming soon). It uses your device’s microphone to measure your room and apply corrective EQ filters.

What connections does it support (RCA/XLR)?

It supports both unbalanced RCA and balanced XLR line-level inputs and outputs, including LFE use. This makes it compatible with consumer AVRs as well as balanced preamps and processors.

Does it work with dual subwoofer setups?

Absolutely. Multiple subs can improve seat-to-seat consistency, increase headroom, and reduce localization; the PB17 includes outputs suitable for daisy-chaining depending on your system approach.
