Rare set of towers from the legendary Dalbec Audio Laboratory (Troy, NY). Known for high-end professional installs (Studio 54, The Egg), Dalbec’s custom consumer line is famous for bringing "lab-grade" transparency to the home.
This 2.8 Custom model features the ESS Great Heil Air Motion Transformer (AMT) in a dipole configuration. The AMT is known for its speed and holographic soundstage. The low end is handled by dual high-excursion woofers in a 4-ohm, 200W RMS configuration.
Condition: Built 3/2012. Cabinets are in Good (7/10) condition with hardwood finish. All drivers are original.
