Sennheiser HD 414

Reportedly the highest-selling piece of hi-fi gear of all-time in terms of units sold across all its iterations, these are a pair of Sennheiser HD 414 headphones from the early 1980s. I am rating them VG based on appearance and performance, but given the age, maybe G is better. I am the original owner.

At some point (late 80s? I can't recall) one driver had some static, and I purchased the white one - I was young and the price was better. The jack is 9 feet long from the split. In 2025 I purchased the aftermarket foam ear-pieces you see - the originals were leaving yellow dust on anything they touched.

No box or anything else - what you see in the photos is what you will receive. (NOT the "head" stand, which I am using for display purposes only..)
