SME 3009 Series 1 nine-inch tonearm. This is the super rare Series 1 arm made from 1959 to 1963 with only 10,000 units made compared to the 3009 Series 2 where 180,000 units were made. It comes with the original cable and head shell, new cartridge leads which were recently fitted by a tech familiar with SME arms, and at same time the arm was tested for signal and checked over. I don’t have the larger counterweight, but these can be purchased online from several different places. I will supply a new set of rubber grommets for the corners of the mounting plates and will also supply new coupling rubbers. The arm comes with original box, bias weight, head shell bolts, and original SME alignment tool.
