Ypsilon M16 STEP UP TRANSFORMER

This High End Ypsilon MC16 nickle coated Step Up Transformer is made in Greece .
It will boost the output signal of your Moving Coil cartridge into the MM stage of your phono stage.
You can customize the load via RCA Loading inputs.
I have supplied a bunch of RCA loading plugs to get you started.

The MC16 moving coil step up transformer is used to amplify the low-level output signal coming from your moving coil cartridge into the MM stage of your preamplifier.
The MC16 uses large size single C core double coil transformers with Ypsilon’s proprietary amorphous core material.
Ypsilon developed special winding techniques in order to minimize inter-winding capacitance and maintain wide frequency response.
The transformers are shielded with mu-metal and are potted in a 10 mm thick soft iron nickel coated very solid 4 KG enclosure providing immunity to outside magnetic fields and quiet noise free performance.
