Speaker cables, 2m in length. Assembled in USA. These cables brought out fantastic bass in my system: precise, punchy, and plentiful! Details in the middle and high ranges weren’t lacking either.
About the Conductors
These cables use Duelund Coherent Audio DCA10GA tin-plated copper wire. These wires feature oil-impregnated cotton insulation.
About the Connectors
These cables use Furutech FP-203(R) spade connectors. These connectors are made from Furutech’s alpha-process copper and plated in rhodium.
About the Construction
I put a twist on the wires and added a PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) sleeve to hold the twist in place. I then wrap that setup in multifilament nylon sleeving for padding and prettiness. The connectors I crimped on before soldering the joints. Heat shrink applied as necessary.
